One of the main strengths of the Paradiso Hotel is its excellent cuisine. What we offer you are the typical dishes of the Trentino and South Tyrolean culture, reinterpreted with a preference for using local and seasonal products, always in line with the ecological character of the establishment.

In addition to the menu, which changes with the seasons, our chef often enjoys creating new dishes that you will find among the daily specials.
Strictly manual methods and great care in choosing the raw materials are the foundation for a good pizza for us. There are many pizzas on the menu: from traditional pizza to the most imaginative pizzas, not forgetting vegetarian pizzas, white pizzas, and gluten-free pizza for celiacs. Occasionally, for a sweet and alternative break, there is pizza with hazelnut cream, with a fragrant dough and delicious topping. For those who can't do without pizza, we are always open for lunch too!
The bar of our hotel is the perfect place to relax after a day outdoors. With a warm and welcoming atmosphere, it offers a selection of hot and cold drinks.
Not only fantastic traditional dishes and delicious pizzas! Here you can also find many other tasty delights such as bread, focaccia, or bruschetta. And to conclude... at Paradiso, desserts are not missing: from the traditional typical strudel to the innovative apple tiramisu, and on hot summer days, there are also huge ice cream sundaes prepared in-house.
Many moms and dads often have to give up going out to dinner with the family because they know the kids would sit in the chair for just 5 minutes and then start running around the restaurant, causing some embarrassment.
